A wonderful native woman I met on the plane back from New Mexico gave me more ideas. Jilli works in the film industry and says that on set she often uses essential or healing oils with a bandanna to help others or improve her day.
Douse a few cotton balls and roll them within a bandanna before wrapping it around your neck.
Lavender Oil = Reduces anxiety and emotional stress, Alleviates headaches
Eucalyptus Oil = Helps with respiratory problems and when you're feeling a cold
or flu coming on
Peppermint Oil = Boosts energy, helps with stomach aches
